The Hairstylists we hire must be friendly, creative, communicate well and possess excellent talent. We will only consider advanced, senior stylists with superior training, skills, and experience. We are looking for the best. In turn, we offer one of the highest pay packages in the region.
Assistants must display attributes of professionalism and efficiency in order to support our stylists in creating a clean, comfortable and quality environment for our clients. Assistances must have plenty of knowledge, skills and experience in shampooing and blow-dry/styling. Must be energetic, able to multi-task, take direction well, and ensure that the hair salon is clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Apprentices we hire will be required to have had at least 2 years experience on the salon floor after graduating cosmetology school. We are interested in skilled individuals who already possess talent, who are eager to learn, and sharpen their skills. Looking for an opportunity to take yourself to a new level? This is an intense program, and apprentices will be required to take a class after a long day of work (you will be learning while assisting our educator during the day), two nights a week. A challenging but rewarding experience. You reap what you sow- after graduating the program, which can take anywhere from 6 months to a year, the graduate will begin a career at Glow as a hairstylist, putting to use all of the new knowledge, skills and techniques.
